The responsibilities of this position include cleaning and sanitizing common areas, elevators, staircases, garages, and other public spaces within the condominium. The Sanitation and Maintenance Agent will also be responsible for maintaining external areas such as gardens, playgrounds, and leisure areas, which includes the proper use and maintenance of cleaning machinery. Additionally, we seek a professional with knowledge of handling chemical cleaning products, cleaning machines, and equipment.
