This professional works directly with students, assisting in their academic and social development, and ensuring all needs are appropriately addressed. * Assist with student entry and dismissal; * Assist during meal times; * Responsible for implementing homework assignments and academic reinforcement; * Mediate conflicts among children; * Accompany children to the restroom, cafeteria, school transportation, etc. * Organize toys and other classroom materials; * Prepare teaching materials and resources required for educators to conduct their activities; * Assist in grading assignments and tests; * Provide pedagogical support to students facing difficulties; * Assist in the adaptation of new students; * Manage the classroom in the teacher's absence, typically as planned.
