Store products in designated locations (shelves, pallet racks) logically to facilitate identification (by model, code). Record incoming/outgoing items, conduct physical and cyclical inventories, monitor losses, damages, and expirations, and identify restocking needs. Pick and prepare parts for the sales and mechanic teams, ensuring the right product is available at the right time.
