Operational role on the production line (focusing on bed headboards), workspace organization, and achievement of daily targets. CLT employment contract. **Job Description:** * **Responsibilities:** production and assembly of bed headboards, organization and maintenance of the workstation, support during finishing and packaging stages. * **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 07:30–17:00\. * **Profile:** fast-paced, collaborative, and results-oriented work; proactive and committed attitude * **Requirements:** completed high school education; prior experience in carpentry or upholstery preferred; strong teamwork skills and adherence to safety regulations. * **Benefits and Salary:** salary R$2\.113,00 \+ meal allowance R$ 160,00 and transportation allowance. * **Notes:** company values respect, transparency, and a collaborative environment.
