Apply now and join our journey. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Participate in developing and implementing occupational health and safety policies; * Conduct OHS status diagnostics for the organization; identify variables related to disease control, accident prevention, quality of life, and environmental protection; * Develop educational initiatives in occupational health and safety; integrate negotiation processes; * Participate in adopting technologies and work processes; investigate and analyze workplace accidents and recommend preventive and control measures. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Main Requirements:** * Technical qualification in Occupational Safety; * NR training courses (NR10, NR11, NR33, NR35); * Basic knowledge of safety standards; **Tools:** * Microsoft Office Suite (Excel and Word); * Occupational health and safety management systems; * Preparation of Risk Analysis Reports (APR), Work Permits (PT), and Daily Safety Talks (DDS); **Skills:** * Hazard identification; * Safety inspections; * Organization and strong communication skills; * Teamwork and proactivity; **Activities:** * Support in inspections, training sessions, and campaigns; * Control of PPEs and documentation; * Assistance in accident investigations. **Additional Information** * Meal allowance: R$900.00; * On-site meals; * Transportation: Chartered bus; * Health insurance: Unimed Santos; * Dental insurance: Bradesco; * Life insurance; * Total Pass.
