Description
**Job Objective:**
Ensure that all produced electrical resistors comply with technical standards, safety regulations, and customer specifications prior to dispatch, preventing field failures and returns.
**Key Responsibilities:**
Electrical Testing: Perform dielectric withstand (hi\-pot) tests, ohmic resistance measurement, and leakage current testing.
**Visual and Dimensional Inspection:** Verify finish, soldering, terminals, insulation, and conformity to engineering drawings (length, diameter, and bends).
**Identification Verification:** Confirm that markings (voltage, power rating, and batch number) are correct and legible.
**Nonconformance Control:** Identify, segregate, and report defective products, supporting root cause analysis.
**Documentation:** Complete inspection reports, issue certificates of conformity, and release production orders in the system.
**Calibration:** Maintain integrity and calibration schedules of measuring instruments (multimeters, megohmmeters, calipers).
**Technical Requirements:**
**Education:** Completed high school. Preferred: Technical course in Electrotechnology, Electronics, or Quality.
**Knowledge:** Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, basic metrology, and fundamentals of electricity (Ohm's Law).
**Experience:** Prior experience in inspection on metallurgical or electrical production lines.

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 5:15 PM
Compensation: R$3\.000,00 \- R$4\.000,00 per month
