




Job Summary: Performs processing, validation, and consolidation of revenue transactions, monitoring Free Flow systems and electronic transactions to ensure accuracy and smooth operation. Processes anomalies, validates, and consolidates revenue system transactions, performing activities in accordance with procedures established for the Free Flow system, AVI and electronic transactions, aiming for accuracy, smooth operation, and transaction monitoring. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Adhere to the work schedule of Transaction Control Center (CCT) staff to comply with operational norms and procedures, individual presentation standards, and labor legislation. * Correctly process anomalies, validate, and consolidate toll plaza transaction data during one’s shift. * Collaborate with controllers and other CCT operators during transit validation and consolidation, contributing to routine CCT activities and procedures under the guidance of the Transaction Control Center controller. * Monitor the status of the revenue collection system, ensuring completeness and communication across all toll plazas. * Daily report to the CCT controller on anomaly resolution demand at toll plazas, as well as validation and consolidation of toll plaza transactions. * Notify the CCT controller of any failures that may compromise correction processing quality or cause revenue loss, thereby supporting the financial health of highway revenue collection. * Understand responsibilities under the Integrated Management System (IMS) regarding environmental aspects and impacts, as well as hazards and risks associated with one’s work, compliance with IMS Policy and Emergency Response Plan. * Comply with the General Data Protection Law (LGPD) regulations during processing, collection, and transmission of highway transaction and incident data. * Observe occupational safety rules and procedures to ensure physical integrity and safety. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education. * Proficiency in Excel. * Preferably one year of experience in toll operations or related fields. * Knowledge of Toll Plaza Systems, familiarity with Labor Legislation, Occupational Safety, and Radio Communication. * Planning and organization skills, critical analysis ability, and interpersonal relationship skills. **Additional Information** * Amil Health Insurance Plan * Flexible Food/Meal Benefit via iFood * Totalpass * Life Insurance * Transportation Allowance Novo Litoral Concessionaire (CNL) was founded with a purpose: to provide safety and an enhanced mobility experience for users of highways in Baixada Santista, Alto Tietê, and Vale do Ribeira.
