**Key Responsibilities:** * Support the issuance and control of purchase orders; * Update registrations and tracking spreadsheets; * Assist in organizing files and documents; * Provide support in communication with suppliers and internal departments; * Meet deadlines and follow procedures as directed by the team; * Monitor and update purchase orders in the SAP system; * Contribute to compliance with the Code of Ethics, Internal Regulations, policies, and the entire health, safety, environment, product safety, and responsible care management system; * Immediately report any deviations from company standards. * Currently pursuing or having completed high school education; * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word); * Strong communication and organizational skills; * Interest in learning about procurement and negotiation processes; * English language proficiency is a plus.
