Job Summary:
A professional responsible for preparing, verifying, and monitoring equipment and cargo; controlling logistics operations; and releasing trips—ensuring process safety and efficiency.

**1\. Equipment and Cargo Preparation and Verification**
* Check tracker status and organize packages.
* Assemble and load Last Mile and VDC baits.
* Identify baits to be retrieved by VDCs and Last Mile teams.
* Perform redelivery checklist.
* Verify inventory of equipment and baits.
* Collect returned trackers and verify their status.
**2\. Operations Monitoring and Control**
* Monitor operational baits and follow up on the return of loaded trackers.
* Check functionality of all P.A. equipment, including identifying any missing items.
* Ensure system functionality and verify with the monitoring operator whether the vehicle signal is correctly mirrored to Multisat and updated in Apisullog.
* Alert drivers to recharge baits.
**3\. Trip Release Procedures**
* Verify that all GR procedures have been completed before authorizing loading, such as:
* Identification and execution of required checks.
* Driver and vehicle lookup in Multicadastro and Apisullog 2\.0\.
* Completion of vehicle tests.
* Authorize trip only after confirming SMP status as “In Transit”; if status does not change within 10 minutes, contact the Monitoring Center.
**4\. Documentation and Reporting**
* Complete the back side of the internal circuit checklist, sign, and stamp.
* Properly document procedures and ensure all fields are accurately completed.
* Immediately report any identified issues for appropriate maintenance prior to mirroring.
**5\. Additional Procedures and Communication**
* For cargo released by Management, send email to all involved parties according to specified rules.
* Reinforce all GR rules with drivers that must be followed during transit.
