Assistance in organizing medical records and directing patients We are hiring a Receptionist to work at a pediatric clinic located in the city of Mauá. We seek a responsible, committed, and dedicated professional who can provide welcoming and efficient service to the children and families visiting our clinic. **Main Responsibilities:** * In-person and telephone reception for patients and their guardians; * Appointment scheduling and confirmation; * Reception organization and document control; * Welcoming and directing patients to examination rooms; * Support in organizing medical records and administrative routines; * Processing medical referral authorizations with health insurance providers; **Requirements:** * Currently enrolled in or having interrupted an undergraduate program in administrative fields; * Prior experience processing medical referral authorizations (health insurance); * Strong communication skills, friendliness, and proactivity. * **Reside in Mauá;** **Job Details:** * **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM; Saturday, 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM; * **Remuneration:** R$ 1\.671,78 * **Benefits:** * Transportation allowance or fuel allowance, * Dental plan with no employee contribution, * Cash food basket, * Education assistance for undergraduate and postgraduate studies Employment Type: Full-time, CLT permanent contract Benefits: * Dental care assistance * Fuel allowance * Food basket * Partnered commercial discounts and agreements * Transportation allowance Selection Questions: * Do you reside in Mauá? * Do you have experience processing medical referrals (health insurance)?
