We are seeking a **Senior Compensation Analyst** to analyze and manage job and salary structures, contributing to internal equity and corporate competitiveness.
**Key Responsibilities**
--------------------------------
* Develop and maintain job, salary, and benefits structures;
* Conduct analyses of fixed and variable compensation;
* Support workforce budgeting and salary review processes;
* Carry out salary benchmarking and market analysis;
* Prepare compensation reports and KPIs;
* Ensure compliance with internal policies and market best practices;
* Support compensation and recognition initiatives.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
* Education: Bachelor’s degree in **Business Administration, Human Resources, Accounting, Finance, or related fields**;
* **Experience in compensation, job evaluation, and salary management**;
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office; **Intermediate to advanced Excel skills**;
* Experience with job evaluation methodologies is desirable;
* Experience conducting market salary surveys;
* Knowledge of HR metrics.
* Analytical, organized profile with strong attention to detail.
* Must have easy access to the Mogi das Cruzes – SP region.
