Inventory analysis and continuous process improvement An industrial company specializing in plastic part injection is seeking a PCP Analyst in Itaquaquecetuba. Founded in 2003, Injequaly is a Brazilian company specializing in the manufacturing and service provision of plastic part injection. With facilities in Itaquaquecetuba (SP), Rio Claro (SP), and Araquari (SC), it serves various sectors—including automotive, technical, industrial, and white goods—with excellence, offering customized solutions and high-quality standards. **Responsibilities:** Develop and monitor production scheduling according to demand and production capacity. Plan and control material availability to meet the production plan. Monitor adherence to manufacturing deadlines and identify deviations. Issue, control, and track production orders. Update performance indicators (production, efficiency, productivity, and delays). Coordinate with Production, Purchasing, Warehouse, Quality, and Sales departments. Analyze raw material and finished goods inventories, proposing actions for optimization. Support the preparation of management reports and production capacity planning. Contribute to the continuous improvement of production planning and control processes. Previous experience as a Production Planner, Planning Analyst, PCP Specialist, or PCP Coordinator may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this position.
