Job Summary: Experienced treasury professional to manage banking operations, cash flow, team supervision, and process optimization, with a focus on internal controls and banking relationships. Optimization of financial processes and banking relationships Requirements: Prior experience in treasury, preferably in a managerial role / Knowledge of hedge operations / Solid understanding of banking transactions and strategic vision / Advanced Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) / Knowledge of financial mathematics / Experience with integrated systems — SAP (FI module). Completed undergraduate degree / English proficiency. Responsibilities: Control of banking operations and payments. End-to-end mastery of bank payment processes. Clear understanding of authorizers, limits, controls, and risks. Ability to serve as operational backup during critical situations. Management and monitoring of cash flow (actual vs. forecasted). Daily and weekly cash flow tracking. Understanding of variances, explanation of root causes, and early risk identification. Ensuring reliability of forecasts. Team supervision and operational control. Monitoring of deadlines, volumes, backlog, and quality. Ensuring compliance with SLAs for accounts payable, accounts receivable, and treasury. Actively promoting operational discipline within the team. Internal controls and identification of financial risks. Identifying process gaps and operational risks. Proposing practical control improvements. Proactive (not merely reactive) action. Negotiating banking operations, fees, and insurance; managing credit limits and guarantee renewals with banks; overseeing registration updates; and actively participating in banking relationships through in-person and remote meetings. Proposing continuous improvement initiatives for processes requiring finance department involvement, as well as action plans. Suggesting, analyzing feasibility of, and monitoring automation projects. Supporting internal and external audits by documenting processes. Supporting the financial manager in capital structuring. Conducting analysis, validation, and management of financing agreements.
