Job Mission Responsible for executing defined strategies (Success Photo) for the channel and region within their assigned stores, ensuring proper product display and organization at customer locations, while establishing good relationships, identifying new opportunities, and engaging with all store stakeholders to maximize business with customers. Key Responsibilities Visit store floors, identifying execution opportunities, primary shelf stocking, refrigerators, and additional points. Organize inventory, ensuring all products registered in the network/store have a minimum stock level sufficient to meet turnover and delivery needs, kept organized and clean. Pull products forward to fill identified opportunities during visits and restock primary shelves, refrigerators, and additional points in an organized manner with clean products. Ensure all products comply with HEINEKEN BRASIL's Success Photo standards and, whenever possible, secure new additional points and larger shelf space. Manage virtual inventory by monitoring both system and physical stock levels, making purchase suggestions to the store when necessary. Perform preventive rotation following the "first to expire, first to leave" principle across all inventory, extra points, and shelves. Ensure all products displayed in the store are priced according to HEINEKEN BRASIL’s pricing policy, whether at primary or secondary sales points. Activate all requested campaigns using merchandising materials, racks, permanent displays, etc. Conduct store evaluations to promote improvements or correct deviations from HEINEKEN BRASIL's standard execution.
