Collaborating as a team to ensure a productive and positive environment Qualy Farma is looking for a highly motivated and attentive professional to join our team as a Pharmacy Attendant Responsibilities: * Serving customers by providing accurate information about our products and services. * Responding to questions and resolving customer inquiries efficiently and courteously. * Recording all customer interactions in our internal system. * Assisting in product sales, following company guidelines. * Staying updated on Qualy Farma's products and services. * Collaborating as a team to ensure a productive and positive work environment. * Work location: Poá * Salary: 1\.963,00; * Schedule: 5 days on, 1 day off \-Working hours: 12:40 PM to 10:00 PM \- 2-hour lunch break; * Meal allowance (VA): BRL 210.00 after probation period; Requirements: * Prior customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory. * Oral and written communication skills. * Organizational and time management skills. * Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. * Basic computer literacy. * Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required. Minimum Education: High School Diploma (Secondary Education)
