Job Summary:
We are seeking a Clinical Pharmacist to cover vacation leave, with focus on patient counseling, clinical team support, and medication management.

*We are looking for a* ***Clinical Pharmacist*** *for the Engravida Vitória/ES unit,* ***a temporary contract for vacation coverage****.*
* *This position involves technical and clinical activities, emphasizing patient counseling and safe medication use monitoring.*
* *Pharmaceutical support to the clinical team, including analysis, preparation, and dispensing of medications used in procedures.*
* *End-to-end management of materials and medications — from procurement to distribution — inventory control, physical stocktaking, and organization of records for administrative and fiscal purposes.*
* *Preparation of solutions and disinfectants, administration of medications per prescription, environmental monitoring (temperature and humidity), and strict control of substances subject to specific regulation.*
* *Development and revision of operational documents, updating of technical documentation required by regulatory agencies, and representation of the unit before health authorities and professional councils.*
Requirements:
* *Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy with active CRF registration.*
* *Prior experience compatible with the responsibilities of this position.*
* *Availability to work Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM, and Saturdays, 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM, plus flexibility for Sundays and holidays as needed.*
