Job Summary: The BAUMINAS Group is seeking a Maintenance Electromechanic to perform preventive and corrective maintenance on mechanical and electrical equipment and installations at its manufacturing unit. Teamwork and focus on continuous process improvement. The BAUMINAS Group’s Suzano/SP Unit is selecting a **Maintenance Electromechanic** to join its Manufacturing Unit Maintenance team. Join our team! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Perform preventive maintenance according to the pre-established schedule and corrective maintenance on mechanical and/or electrical equipment and installations at the plant, as well as provide support for such services whenever requested, including replacement of parts when necessary; * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment such as: Motors, Centrifugal Pumps, Pneumatic Pumps, Air Compressors, Electric Hoists, Diaphragm/Butterfly/Globe Valves, Agitators, Gearboxes, Electrical Panels, Electrical Control Circuits, Frequency Inverters, Filter Presses, Hydraulic Units, Hydraulic Cylinders, High- and Low-Voltage Networks, Substations, Generators, Air Conditioners, etc. * Perform lamination of parts and tanks using fiberglass, FRP, or other suitable materials, ensuring proper coating and preservation of production process components; * Support maintenance and inspection activities on transformers and MCCs; * Implement improvements and minor renovations within the company, such as installation of new mechanical and/or electrical equipment and components, process layout changes, reconfiguration of electrical panels, etc. * Support the development and implementation of new electrical and mechanical projects; * Carry out maintenance tasks in compliance with internal Production/Safety/5S and NR requirements; * Respect and uphold occupational health and safety requirements, while also valuing environmental aspects, complying with BAUMINAS Group’s standards and policies as outlined in its Code of Conduct, Compliance guidelines, and other applicable procedures; * Clean and organize equipment and the workplace to maintain an appropriate working environment for efficient task execution and to prevent accidents and incidents; * Comply with company criteria and procedures, properly use, maintain, and keep in good condition all PPE and collective protective equipment (CPE) provided by the company, and respect and uphold all quality, occupational health and safety, and environmental requirements; * Immediately report accidents, unsafe acts and/or conditions using the specific form of the Quality Management System, aiming to ensure the integrity, health, and physical safety of all individuals involved in the process; * Communicate relevant information regarding shift activities and performed processes through the official meeting minutes logbook (ATA); * Perform other related duties consistent with the nature of the role upon request from the immediate supervisor. * Report to the immediate supervisor whenever irregularities or opportunities for process improvement are observed. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Education: Completed High School and Professional or Technical Training in Electromechanics or related fields. * PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE: Minimum 6 months’ experience in this field or in entry-level positions recommended; * ESSENTIAL KNOWLEDGE: NR10 Basic and Complementary; Industrial electromechanical installations; Electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic controls; Mechanics; Centrifugal and pneumatic pumps; * RECOMMENDED KNOWLEDGE: NRs 11, 12, 13, 18, 33, and 35; Industrial painting; Welding; Lamination; 5S; Telemetry; Drawing Reading and Interpretation; * SKILLS / COMPETENCIES: Technical profile; Teamwork; Systemic vision; Creativity; Initiative; Emotional intelligence; Proactivity; Self-management; Resilience; Attention to detail. **Additional Information** * Must reside in Suzano city or the Alto Tietê region; * Availability to work rotating shifts.
