We would be delighted to receive your application and learn more about your career and professional journey. **Job Description:** Perform administrative tasks related to the base, including preparation of documents, data entry and reporting, and purchase requests, supporting industrial maintenance mechanics in carrying out routine activities. Assist in organizing and managing technical documents, such as operation manuals and safety procedures. Manage schedules and communicate with suppliers, technicians, and the maintenance team to ensure proper execution of activities. Monitor inventory levels of materials and equipment required for maintenance, placing purchase orders when necessary. Support the development of preventive and corrective maintenance plans, following guidelines established by the technical team. Participate in meetings and collaborate with the team to identify opportunities for improvement in administrative and operational processes. Open corrective maintenance service orders and close preventive maintenance service orders for the base. **Requirements:** Academic Qualification: Completed high school education; general administrative knowledge is desirable; prior experience in the gas industry is considered a plus. **Specific Knowledge:** Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with the Datasul system is a plus.
