We are always looking for talented professionals who wish to contribute to our continued growth. **Here, you will have the opportunity to:** * Develop your skills and knowledge; * Work on challenging projects; * Be part of a team committed to excellence; * Work in a dynamic and innovative work environment. **Come be PKO!** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Monitor and manage performance indicators via dashboards, providing leadership visibility into process risks and opportunities; * Support leadership decision-making by generating scenarios and trends derived from performance indicators; * Critically analyze fleet allocation relative to available fleet capacity, providing necessary support to enable the Logistics department to achieve excellence and deliver an outstanding experience to customers receiving PKO products; * Ensure that Material Handling and Dispatch departments execute, in a structured manner, all routines required by interfacing departments; clearly establish the concept of internal supplier; * Support leadership with people management tools and methodologies, building capabilities and performance through analysis of comparative advantages among Material Handling and Dispatch employees; * Understand, assimilate, and propose actions; * Align with PKO’s Strategic Plan; * Comply with PKO’s Quality Management System (SGQ) requirements. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, or related fields; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Power BI; **Additional Information** * Individual Health Insurance * Dental Insurance * Life Insurance * On-site Restaurant * Transportation Allowance PKO is one of the largest **glass processors and suppliers** in Brazil, delivering **innovative, high-quality solutions** for architectural and civil construction projects of all scales and complexity.
