We’d love to meet you! \#oquecorrepelanossafibra \#timedefibra **Responsibilities and Duties** * Support Supply Chain project planning and monitoring, ensuring organization of schedules, activities, and deliverables; * Collect, process, and analyze demand, supply, inventory, and distribution data to support diagnostics and decision-making; * Assist in developing and updating performance indicators (KPIs), analytical reports, and dashboards; * Support DRP routines and material planning, contributing to inventory control and service-level management; * Conduct basic scenario analyses, identify deviations, and monitor action plans; * Support standardization and documentation of processes, controls, and project management methodologies; * Interact with departments such as planning, logistics, procurement, and operations to ensure information alignment; * Prepare presentations and analytical reports for project tracking; * Support continuous improvement initiatives, data organization, and Supply Chain process optimization; **Requirements and Qualifications** * Currently pursuing or having completed a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Project Management, Computer Science, Technology, or related fields; * Intermediate knowledge of project management concepts (schedule, scope, cost, risk); * Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of rapid learning; * Knowledge and experience with data tools (BI); * Knowledge; * Strong oral and written communication skills and an analytical mindset; **Additional Information** * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Meal allowance * Life insurance * Transportation allowance * Giga Inclusão – PCD dependent support * Total Pass * Birthday day off * Extended maternity leave (180 days) and paternity leave (20 days) * Psicologia Viva (if enrolled in Amil health plan) * E-learning platform on the intranet * Tour House: 5% to 12% discounts on airfare purchases, hotel reservations, and car rentals. * Movida: 10% discount applied to daily rental rates * Samsung Partnership Portal With the purpose of **connecting people, ideas, and businesses while promoting digital and social inclusion across Brazil**, Alloha Fibra is today the largest independent optical fiber group in the country.
