**Communication Analyst**
Santos/SP \- 100% On-site
Mission: Ensure editorial and visual quality, execute content and channel operation routines, guarantee editorial and visual quality, ensure brand standardization and deadline adherence. Coordinate tactical suppliers and support planning and continuous improvement of channels. Provide operational and analytical support for institutional relations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Writing/editing texts/simple assets and safeguarding visual identity (brand policing) for website, intranet, e\-mails, newsletters, and social media (LinkedIn as primary B2B focus);
* Producing technical notes, briefings, and talking points for senior leadership; logistical preparation of agendas with authorities and associations;
* Coordinating suppliers (layout, photography, video) and managing timelines/SLAs;
* Executive reports with insights (top-performing content, key learnings, upcoming tests);
* Layout design for simple assets and presentations aligned with the brandbook;
* Archiving organization (photos/videos/documents), basic captioning, and basic event coverage;
* Monitoring metrics (GA4, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn) and consolidating standard reports;
* Event support (materials, content coverage, post\-event activities);
* Representing the company at forums/associations (with prior alignment) and coordinating sectoral topics.
Deliverables \& KPIs:
* Editorial calendar adherence (95%).
* Quality (revisions without structural rework).
* Channel performance (engagement, CTR, audience growth).
* Brand consistency (adherence to brandbook).
* Channel metric improvement (engagement/reach/CTR).
* Operational efficiency (response time; deadlines met).
Minimum Required Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Advertising, Marketing, or related fields (in progress or completed).
* Advanced English proficiency.
* Availability for 100% on\-site work in Santos/SP;
* Availability for occasional travel;
* Analytical and negotiation skills;
* Ability to prioritize tasks and communicate effectively across multiple departments.
Desirable Qualifications:
* Power BI;
* 2\-5 years of relevant experience;
* Spanish language proficiency (a plus).
