




Job Summary: MGITECH Group is seeking an Operational Process Assistant to manage support tickets, update systems, prepare quotations and sales orders, monitor logistics, and provide customer service—with a focus on optimizing operations and ensuring excellence. If you enjoy working in a collaborative, autonomous environment, want to truly make a difference in your workplace, and are driven by challenges, you will certainly identify with MGITECH! **Responsibilities and Duties** * **Manage support tickets in HubSpot** for equipment repair or replacement requests (individuals and legal entities). * **Update systems (SAP and others)** with accurate and timely information regarding process progress. * **Prepare quotations and sales orders** following technical diagnosis and submit them to customers for approval. * **Release equipment for repair and billing** after customer confirmation of the purchase order (PO). * **Monitor logistics flow**, tracking from product receipt and invoice issuance through final delivery tracking. * **Provide customer service** via phone or e\-mail to update ticket status and contract status. * **Support leadership in contract management**, assisting with inventories and preparing ticket reports. * **Ensure adherence to deadlines**, keeping stakeholders informed and renegotiating deliveries when necessary. * **Create and update Work Instructions (WIs)** and area documentation. * **Propose continuous process improvements**, bringing suggestions and questions to optimize operations. * **Pursue continuous development** through courses and seminars related to the field of work.
