Support engine validation processes on agricultural machinery. Support management and execution of engine validation tests, and prepare activity reports. Support engine assembly processes for development and validation. **Requirements:** Currently enrolled in Mechanical, Electronics, or Control and Automation Engineering; Intermediate English proficiency. **Product Engineering – Tractors** **Responsibilities:** Support continuous improvement of tractors and resolution of customer and manufacturing issues; Support engineering solution development for tractors manufactured at the facility, applying problem-solving and design tools; Support product improvement development and implementation, as requested by internal departments (Procurement, Manufacturing, Quality, and Logistics); Support Product Cost Optimization (PCO), generating economically viable ideas and implementing them; Support 3D model design and release, as well as 2D drawings; Support preparation, specification, definition, and planning of prototype construction and testing—whether virtual, laboratory-based, or field-based. **Requirements:** Currently enrolled in Mechanical, Electronics, Electrical, or Control and Automation Engineering; Intermediate English proficiency. **Validation Engineering – Test Laboratory** **Responsibilities:** Support instrumentation and data collection during structural, hydraulic, and thermal tests; Support execution of component and system testing and validation, including test bench preparation and test monitoring; Prepare technical reports, supporting result analysis and process documentation. **Requirements:** Currently enrolled in Mechanical, Production, Electronics, or Control and Automation Engineering; Intermediate English proficiency.
