Join us and become part of a team that celebrates individuality and mutual respect. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Monitor and manage accounts receivable. * Conduct collections via phone, email, and other channels. * Negotiate payment terms and conditions with clients. * Issue invoices, bills, and delinquency reports. * Perform bank reconciliations and financial postings. * Support credit analysis and order release processes. * Maintain up-to-date customer records. * Collaborate with accounting and sales teams to resolve pending issues. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Currently enrolled in or graduated from technical or higher education in Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields. * Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems. * Strong communication skills. * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and ethical conduct. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Prior experience in collections or accounts receivable. * Training courses in collections. * Experience with delinquency indicators and credit recovery. * Negotiation skills. **Additional Information** **PEOPLE ARE OUR BUSINESS—AND THAT’S WHY WE VALUE OUR EMPLOYEES IN MULTIPLE WAYS!** We also offer the traditional benefits you already know.
