Prepare surfaces and parts for welding according to drawings and technical guidelines. Perform weld finishing and ensure workplace organization and safety. Previous experience as a Metallic Structure Assembler, Welding Operator, Welding Technician, or Pipe Welder may indicate suitability for some of the duties associated with this position. High school diploma required.
