




**Description:** Experience **Internal:** • 6 months of experience as a technician or in a similar role **External:** • 6 months of experience as a technician or in a similar role **On-site work:** Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 18:00 Technical course in electronics or related field Knowledge of electronics, repair, and diagnostics Knowledge of basic operating system configurations (Windows) Driver’s license, category B **General responsibilities:** • Perform tasks within established deadlines, keeping all stakeholders informed about progress and, if necessary, renegotiating new delivery deadlines. • Immediately enter process-related information into the appropriate system, ensuring all content is recorded at the time of task completion. • Analyze and monitor operational indicators to identify and implement process improvements. • Continuously seek ways to improve processes through appropriate suggestions and inquiries. • Create and update work instructions for the area. • Collaborate with interdependent departments to ensure alignment of deliverables with business needs. • Seek participation in courses or seminars related to the field to support continuous personal development. **Specific responsibilities:** • Treat all customers with respect and excellence; • Perform repairs and provide on-site support, resolving our customers’ issues whenever possible during the first visit; • Ensure that all service order information—including required parts, detailed problem diagnosis, and applied solution—is entered into the service order system; • Ensure tasks are completed within established deadlines, keeping all stakeholders informed about progress and, if necessary, renegotiating new delivery deadlines; • Support third-party service partners performing repairs on equipment sold by the Printer One unit, guiding them toward resolution of service requests; • When not engaged in external service calls, repair equipment in our laboratory, organizing units according to deadlines and priorities, and performing diagnostic analysis and repair services; • Proactively seek information and knowledge required—but currently lacking—to successfully perform job duties. 2512130202201917631
