As an **Operations Runner**, you’ll ensure smooth food delivery order flow within our facility, handle administrative tasks, resolve issues, and deliver top-tier customer service. **About the Role:** * Organize and transport food orders efficiently within our facility to the central pickup area for couriers. * Handle administrative tasks, maintain facility cleanliness, and act as a problem solver. * Serve as the liaison between Kitchen Central and our partners—restaurants and drivers. **What You’ll Do:** * Be the frontline of our business! * Collect orders from kitchens and deliver them to the central processing area. * Provide exceptional service to internal teams, restaurant staff, and app-based delivery drivers. **Qualifications:** * Ability to lift up to 20 kg and climb stairs. * Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. * Ability to solve problems independently. * Strong communication skills, both in person and online. * Positive attitude in a fast-paced environment. * Prior experience in customer service, food service, or as an app-based delivery driver is a plus. **About Kitchen Central:** We’re a technology startup revolutionizing food delivery.
