Receive the task schedule to be performed, identifying the necessary PPE and equipment that will be used in the procedure, aiming to meet the construction site's needs. Check and analyze the risks of the activities to be carried out together with coworkers, identifying the type, size, and quantity of required materials and verifying possible risks, in order to act preventively. Transport materials, equipment, and tools to start assembly activities. Receive instructions from supervisors regarding safety precautions and locations where scaffolding structures will be assembled. Isolate the area where the service will be performed, using tapes and/or signs to mark the isolation, preventing the circulation of employees not involved in the work. Install the frame by securing vertical modules and attaching horizontal cross members to form platform supports; assemble platforms by fixing their wooden or metal components onto the cross members, enabling workers to perform tasks at required heights. Assemble accessories by installing handrails, ladders, and other devices to allow access, movement, and ensure worker safety. Modify scaffolds by adjusting and expanding frames, platforms, and other elements to adapt them to the progress of tasks. Disassemble scaffolds upon completion of work, dismantling platforms, vertical modules, handrails, and other accessories, allowing reuse of these structures. Organize the area upon service completion, aiming for tidiness and cleanliness, collecting materials from the disassembly site and transporting them to the nearest storage cabinet, preventing local accidents and maintaining area organization. Participate daily in the DDS (Daily Safety Dialogue) at the first shift, together with the supervisor and colleagues, aiming to prevent accidents and ensure quality and safety. Understand the company's vision, mission, and values, as well as internal procedures and established policies, and apply them. Participate in internal and external training as directed or requested by the immediate supervisor, seeking knowledge and/or specialization in subjects related to the company's business, work area, or position held, as well as technical improvement and updating, aiming for professional and personal development. Provide assistance and perform other related professional activities inherent to the position as directed or requested by the immediate supervisor. Seek continuous process improvement by identifying and eliminating waste. Challenge conventional beliefs to promote necessary changes.
