Lead teams in emergency responses REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS: * Completed elementary education; * Experience as a general services assistant, mason's helper, or related roles. RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACTIVITIES: * Perform maintenance services on the permanent way's superstructure and substructure; * Monitor and supervise contracted companies, ensuring compliance with scheduling, productivity, quality, and safety requirements; * Comply with information security regulations, identifying unsafe conditions within the scope of work; * Monitor and/or operate railway assets, when certified and within established limits; * Lead maintenance teams in emergency responses to anomalies that halt railway traffic; * Conduct and monitor material and service prospecting activities through railway line surveys; * Perform and assist in responding to anomalies, ensuring safety and promptness; * Support aluminothermic welding execution under constant supervision; * Monitor and perform wagon and locomotive shunting operations when necessary due to ballast maintenance on tracks; * And other duties related to the position.
