Job Summary:
Professional to perform cleaning, organization, and assist in material handling at road infrastructure construction sites.

#### **Responsibilities**
* Clean and organize the construction site, removing debris and excess materials.
* Assist in handling construction materials such as cement, sand, gravel, and tools using wheelbarrows and other manual tools.
* Prepare mortar and concrete following specifications and proportions indicated by the foreman or engineer.
* Excavate trenches and level terrain manually using shovels, picks, and hoes, according to project guidelines.
* Assemble and disassemble scaffolding, shoring, and other temporary structures under supervision.
* Assist in workplace signage and safety by positioning cones, signs, and barriers.
* Perform highway maintenance and conservation tasks such as weeding, sweeping, and clearing gutters.
#### **Requirements**
* Completed elementary education.
* Proven experience (minimum of 1 year) in civil construction work, preferably on road infrastructure projects.
* Basic knowledge of safe handling of civil construction manual tools (shovel, pick, hoe, sledgehammer).
* Familiarity with construction site safety procedures (use of PPE).
* Ability to follow instructions and work in a team under direct supervision.
* Availability to work at various locations along the highway and during flexible hours, including weekends if required.
* Physical fitness certificate for physically demanding activities.
