If you are proactive, organized, and eager to learn and grow in the Human Resources field, join our team! **Responsibilities:** * Support recruitment and selection processes (resumé screening, interview scheduling, and onboarding of new employees). * Assist with benefits administration, timekeeping, and vacation management. * Record incidents and support tracking of missed time punches. * Enter and verify certificates, declarations, and other employee documents. * Organize and maintain up-to-date files and records in accordance with current legislation. * Contribute to preparing HR reports and metrics. * Participate in training, development, and engagement initiatives. * Support general administrative tasks, ensuring adherence to deadlines and internal policies. * Perform other related duties as required by the department. **Requirements:** * **Education:** High school diploma; technical or undergraduate studies in HR, Administration, or related fields currently underway are preferred. * **Experience:** Not mandatory; prior experience is a plus. * **Knowledge:** Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and basic Excel. Familiarity with HR information systems is considered a plus. * **Profile:** Organized, detail-oriented, strong communication skills, proactive, and eager to learn.
