Responsible for technical processes, quality, scheduling, LEAN practices, safety, and team management, ensuring the manufacturing facility operates in optimal condition through corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance activities, meeting production area requests and deadlines to achieve production targets. **Responsibilities and Duties** Ensure quality and timeliness of all maintenance activities performed. Guarantee adherence to the four LEAN principles (Flow, Connection, Standardization, and Continuous Improvement). Strategically and concurrently collaborate with Machinery Engineering in developing new equipment and improving existing ones. Ensure Daily Safety Dialogue (DDS) for the entire team during their respective shifts. Facilitate shift handovers, including reporting relevant incidents. Monitor productivity, quality, 5S, and people management indicators. Follow up on incidents. Perform all tasks of similar nature and complexity level associated with the organizational environment. Validate technical drawings for machinery and equipment. Ensure timely response to emergency maintenance calls from production. Guarantee supply of raw materials and inputs. Ensure equipment refurbishment and improvement together with the team. Ensure corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance of machinery and equipment. Ensure use of tools for failure analysis and machine performance evaluation. Report potential production stoppages due to lack of maintenance. Review daily attendance schedule of employees. Hold meetings with Group Leaders (GLs) from operations to present challenges requiring resolution. Ensure identification and resolution of safety deviations together with the team. Ensure and validate continuous improvement of machinery and equipment to increase productivity at lower cost. Manage, develop, and technically supervise professionals’ activities using the ranking system (“traffic light”), addressing employee difficulties and replacements. Ensure operation of remote workstations by analyzing daily absenteeism. Conduct and monitor monthly team TIME closure. Schedule and supervise overtime work and vacation planning for the team according to factory demand.
