




**Responsibilities** * Verify the quantity and quality of received parts according to internal procedures; * Control material inventory and perform system write\-offs in **Sênior**; * Properly store products, parts, and materials in the warehouse; * Maintain physical inventory in alignment with the system, ensuring accuracy and organization; * Fill out material release reports (internal, external, and for third parties); * Receive, control, and deliver seals, as well as keep the seal spreadsheet and inventory updated; request materials necessary for executing preventive maintenance plans; * Perform periodic physical inventory counts and full inventories; complete material release requests and submit them weekly for review by the procurement department; * Record consumption and perform **diesel** write\-offs in the Sênior system, maintaining a control spreadsheet; * Deliver, receive, and test tools used in repair activities; organize areas for broken parts, parts under repair, and direct\-transfer materials; * Open **RTM** requests and request **outbound invoices** as needed; * Enter purchase orders into the **GPI system** and collect parts from suppliers when necessary. **Requirements** * Pursuing or completed degree in **Business Administration**; * Previous experience in **warehousing**, **machinery**, and **inventory control**; * Knowledge of the **Sênior system** (inventory control and write\-offs); * Driver's license with **EAR** (Engages in Paid Activity) classification.
