**MANDATORY STAGE — ALL PARTICIPANTS MUST REGISTER ON THE SUCEL RH GROUP WEBSITE — WWW.SUCEL.COM.BR** ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Installs and assists in the initial configuration of automation and electrical systems according to company procedures. Measures, cuts, and secures metallic, PVC, or flexible conduits along with their accessories; performs minor masonry tasks. Excavates trenches, accompanies machine operators, reinstates flooring, and installs junction boxes following project specifications. Work may be performed in confined spaces (NR-33). Assembles cable trays and accessories using fasteners or welding (when qualified), including masonry-related activities. Assembles control panels according to diagrams, mounts them on-site, and integrates them with conduits and cable trays. Pulls cables through conduits and cable trays, making connections to panels and devices as specified in project documentation. Assembles IT racks, organizes servers and network devices, and routes/terminates necessary cables for automation systems. Maintains complete records of all performed activities, including diagnostics, repairs, and replacements. Minimum Education: Elementary School (1st level)
