Help with HR administrative routines and time tracking * Job Description: * We are looking for an organized, proactive, and communicative HR Assistant to support the HR department's routines. The professional will assist in administrative processes related to people management, ensuring organization, agility, and support for the company's internal demands. * Main Responsibilities: * Assist in recruitment and selection processes (resume screening, interview scheduling, and candidate communication); * Support new employee onboarding and integration; * Organize and update employee documents; * Assist in time tracking, vacation management, and benefits administration; * Support internal communication and endomarketing initiatives; * Assist with HR department administrative routines. * Requirements: * Completed high school education or currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, or related fields; * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite; * Strong communication and organizational skills; * Prior experience in administrative or HR routines is desirable. * Preferred Qualifications: * Experience with HR information systems; * Basic knowledge of labor legislation.
