About the Position We are seeking a Data Analyst with a strong analytical and investigative profile, capable of transforming raw data into strategic information to support decision-making across various company departments (operations, marketing, sales, HR, finance, among others). We are not looking for merely a tools specialist, but rather someone who masters data logic, modeling, and storytelling—able to generate value regardless of the technology used. At the same time, this professional must, when necessary, support the IT department in maintaining systems, integrations, and internal solutions. Responsibilities * Collect, organize, and analyze data from multiple internal and external sources. * Conduct exploratory and predictive analyses. * Prepare data sets, ensuring integrity, quality, consistency, and governance. * Develop strategic dashboards and managerial reports for different company departments. * Create and maintain integration processes between internal systems, ERPs, CRMs, and databases. * Identify patterns, trends, and anomalies, proposing proactive process improvements. * Develop creative analyses and predictive scenarios to support strategic decisions. * Translate complex analyses into clear, accessible language for both technical and non-technical stakeholders. * Support business areas (sales, operations, finance, customer service) with analyses and insights, acting as a business partner. * Document technical and functional specifications of developed solutions. * Collaborate with the IT team on ad-hoc tasks. * Identify and monitor KPIs and reports focused on operational efficiency and performance across Colina Group’s various departments. Requirements and Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree completed in Administration, Economics, Engineering, Statistics, Data Science, or related fields. * Strong analytical ability, critical thinking, and strategic vision. * Flexibility to work across different organizational areas. * Good communication and interpersonal skills. * Organizational skills and attention to detail. Advantages * Experience with APIs and N8N for process automation and data integration. * Experience building strategic dashboards. * Knowledge of applied statistics and predictive modeling. * Familiarity with advanced SQL, Python, or R. * Experience with multiple BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Metabase, Looker, etc.).
