Job Summary: Ultragaz seeks a professional to support administrative routines, issue and record invoices, provide customer service, and organize documents. Key Highlights: 1. We use our energy to change people's lives!** **Join us?** **Responsibilities and Duties** **Support administrative routines:** --------------------------------------- * Issue outgoing invoices (cargo coverage, sales, loan agreements, exchanges, consignments, scrap, among others); * Record and register incoming invoices (returns, loan agreements, exchanges, loans, and consignments) in the fiscal system; * Archive and organize physical and digital documents; * Support branch administrative routines; * Send, track, and manage emails with related departments; * Provide customer service and respond to customer requests in the Salesforce system; * Maintain customer registration (state tax ID, teams); * Open service tickets. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Currently enrolled in night high school or have completed high school; * Pursuing or having completed higher education or technical training is a plus; * Age between 18 and 22 years old; * Availability to work from 7:30 AM to 1:30 PM, Monday through Friday; * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office suite; **Additional Information** **Here you will find:** * Meal allowance; * Food allowance; * Medical and dental assistance; * Transportation allowance.
