We are looking for an engaged Import and Export Analyst who, aligned with our mission and values, manages import and export plans and processes—ensuring preparation and clearance of documentation with competent authorities, while advising and guiding customers on foreign trade operations and regulations, in compliance with business strategy and objectives, as well as corporate guidelines and policies. **Key Responsibilities:** * Manage import and export plans and processes to optimize service delivery and operational performance. * Execute transactional operational tasks related to import and export, in compliance with regulations and internal procedures. * Perform import and export registrations and support operational activities in accordance with internal procedures and the latest local customs regulations. * Prepare calculations for taxes, tariffs, price conversions, weight, and volume of goods imported or exported to/from international destinations. * Draft, distribute, and archive all necessary documentation for import and export. * Verify invoices and shipping documents to ensure compliance with federal regulations. * Validate registrations to ensure fulfillment of customer requirements and routinely recommend corrective actions in case of deviations. * Ensure export, import, and warehousing operations align with business guidelines and meet established expectations. * Manage IT system-related activities to maintain up-to-date shipment information. * Collaborate with internal departments such as Customer Service, Product, Sales, and others. * Communicate\-with overseas offices to verify and validate shipment information. * Resolve recurring issues and suggest improvements to import and export work methods, focusing on increased effectiveness and efficiency. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree completed in International Relations, International Trade, Logistics, or related fields. * Advanced English proficiency. * Spanish is considered a plus. **Work Location:** Hybrid – Santos \- SP **What We Offer You:** * Join a global market-leading company. * Be part of a team with deep expertise in these areas who love what they do! * Career development opportunities and structured development plans. * A workplace culture where you can be yourself. * Share and learn collaboratively, exchanging information and knowledge. * Become your best self within a culture built on openness, trust, and mutual respect. * PLR (Profit Sharing Plan), Private Pension Plan, Birthday Day Off, Health Insurance (Sul América), Dental Insurance, Meal and/or Food Allowance, Childcare Assistance, and more.
