Join our team and become part of a group that celebrates individuality and mutual respect. **Responsibilities and Duties** We seek a **Financial Statements Coordinator** responsible for coordinating the preparation, review, and consolidation of the company’s financial statements, ensuring data accuracy, compliance with current accounting standards, and support for audit and regulatory requirements. You will work strategically with Accounting, Controller, and Tax departments, ensuring the integrity of figures reported to executive management. **Responsibilities and Duties:** * Coordinate the **preparation and review of financial statements** (Balance Sheet, Income Statement, Cash Flow Statement, Statement of Changes in Equity, and explanatory notes); * Ensure **compliance with Brazilian accounting standards (CPC/BRGAAP) and, where applicable, IFRS**; * Consolidate accounting information from different units or group companies; * Coordinate the **monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting closing process**; * Engage in relationships and provide support for **internal and external audits**, preparing documents and clarifying technical questions; * Ensure **consistency in accounting classifications, provisions, and complex reconciliations**; * Prepare **management reports and financial analyses** to support senior management; * Support **process improvement, automation, and standardization initiatives for accounting routines**; * Monitor changes in **accounting and regulatory legislation**, ensuring correct application within the company; * Coordinate and develop the **accounting team responsible for financial statements**. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in **Accounting Sciences**; * Active **CRC registration**; * Solid experience in **accounting closing and preparation of financial statements**; * Knowledge of **CPC/IFRS standards and accounting consolidation**; * Experience with **internal and external audits**; * Intermediate/advanced Excel proficiency and experience with **accounting ERP systems**. **Additional Information** **PEOPLE ARE OUR BUSINESS—THAT’S WHY WE VALUE OUR TEAM MEMBERS IN MULTIPLE WAYS!** We also offer the traditional benefits you already know.
