**Position: Accountant** **Contract Type: CLT On-site** **Location: Santos / SP** **Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM** **Salary: We are open to reviewing your salary expectations** **Benefits: Meal Voucher / Profit Sharing (PLR) / Health Insurance / Dental Plan / Shuttle Bus Transportation or Fuel Allowance / Life Insurance / On-site Cafeteria.** **Mission:** Ensure compliance of the company's accounting, tax, and fiscal processes, guaranteeing fulfillment of ancillary obligations, quality of information, and strategic support for corporate decision-making. **Responsibilities:** Coordinate Accounting and Tax departments, ensuring accurate accounting records, proper tax calculation, and submission of ancillary obligations (ECD, ECF, DCTF, DIRF, etc.); Supervise and review financial statements (BRGAAP); Perform accounting and tax reconciliations, ensuring balance integrity and correct classification of entries in the Protheus/TOTVS ERP system; Monitor changes in accounting and tax legislation, updating internal processes and the chart of accounts; Reduce corporate deadlines for financial statement reporting; Support implementation and improvement projects related to the Protheus/TOTVS ERP system; Maintain active communication with Controlling, Legal, Finance, and Audit teams, ensuring tax-accounting compliance; Ensure issuance of mandatory books, negative certificates, and legal documentation. **Mandatory (Eliminatory):** Bachelor’s degree in Accounting Sciences, with active CRC registration (eligible to sign balance sheets); Proven experience with Protheus/TOTVS (preferred skills: Fiscal Intelligence, TES Inteligente, and master data setup); Postgraduate degree/MBA in Tax Management; Must reside in the Baixada Santista region or be willing to relocate immediately at own expense. **Preferred Qualifications:** Prior experience in chemical or petrochemical industry; Solid experience coordinating submission of ancillary obligations and managing the full tax/fiscal structure of an industrial company with branches across multiple states; Employment Type: Permanent CLT Salary: BRL 2,000.00 - BRL 4,000.00 per month Benefits: * Medical insurance * Dental insurance * Fuel allowance * Profit sharing * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation voucher
