On-site customer service and support. Responsible for guiding company users or clients on microcomputing, diagnosing computer problems, identifying components requiring replacement, and reconfiguring or reinstalling software; proficient in customer service tools, including ticket management systems, email, and telephone support as needed. Clarification of doubts, infrastructure, configuration and updates of: Microsoft products, antivirus software, network connectivity, hardware maintenance, software, internet, Office 365, printer configuration, servers, and client-specific systems.
