




**Job Responsibilities:** * Plan and assign daily maintenance team activities according to operational priorities; * Monitor and supervise the execution of preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance services; * Provide technical support to the team in identifying and resolving equipment and system failures; * Ensure compliance with safety standards, proper use of PPEs, and good work practices; * Control consumption and requisition of materials, tools, and spare parts; * Conduct periodic inspections of facilities and equipment, ensuring quality and preservation standards; * Collaborate with engineering and coordination departments to implement improvements in maintenance processes; * Keep maintenance records and reports up to date; * Participate in operational meetings and contribute suggestions for continuous improvement; * Train, guide, and evaluate the performance of the team under their responsibility. **Requirements and Qualifications:** * High school diploma. * Technical course in Mechanics, Electrical Engineering, Electromechanics, or related fields. * Proven experience in maintenance (industrial, building, or utilities). * Prior experience leading teams. * Knowledge of reading and interpreting technical drawings, electrical and/or mechanical systems. * Familiarity with maintenance management tools (spreadsheets, systems, or similar) is desirable. **Benefits:** We offer an attractive benefits package, including various advantages that value the well-being and satisfaction of our employees.
