Willingness to undertake occasional travel. **Perform analysis of Service Orders (SO):** Receive and analyze SOs to identify failures and determine necessary corrective actions. Ensure SOs are completed within established deadlines and that data is properly recorded in the system; Monitor and track key maintenance indicators, such as MTBF, MTTR, vehicle availability, among others; Prepare performance reports for managers, providing a clear overview of the maintenance status; Establish and control the scheduling of preventive maintenance for vehicles and semi-trailers; Record information provided by units in spreadsheets and send emails to responsible parties alerting them about upcoming maintenance due dates; Receive and review forms describing performed services, ensuring accuracy and compliance; Arrange corrective maintenance for vehicles; Evaluate maintenance requests, schedule dates, obtain quotations, contract services, and monitor their execution; Monitor drivers’ checklists, verifying reported mechanical failures and their resolution; Provide technical maintenance support to branches, offering guidance and solutions for operational issues; Ensure dissemination of best maintenance and operational practices across all branches; Conduct periodic visits to branches for maintenance audits, verifying compliance with established guidelines; Carry out field studies at suppliers and branches to identify opportunities for improvement in maintenance processes and contracted services; Justify costs related to vehicle and semi-trailer maintenance; Enforce safety rules in accordance with the company’s internal policy; Perform other related duties as required by the immediate manager; Report to the immediate manager whenever irregularities or opportunities for process improvement are observed. 2512240202491883760
