




**Diesel Mechanic** **Activities:** * Responsible for performing requested vehicle maintenance in its entirety, permanently resolving the problem detected in the vehicle. * Responsible for identifying all and any mechanical or bodywork issues of a vehicle, as per the assigned work. * Responsible for maintaining the vehicle’s integrity while it is in the maintenance pit, performing the service. * Responsible for their tools, including their maintenance condition, preservation, and correct usage to maximize efficiency, including specialized and measuring tools. Tasks * Performing scheduled comprehensive mechanical inspections of a vehicle, checking the condition of components such as the complete powertrain, suspension, brakes, steering, and related systems. * Requesting necessary parts for the inspection and specialized tools to enhance work efficiency. * Conducting on-road and on-site vehicle tests for diagnosing potential defects. **Requirements:** * Driver’s license, Category D. * In-depth mechanical knowledge of the product, and engineering awareness to understand designs, specifications, tolerances, and material quality. * Thorough understanding of the full operation of all vehicle components. * Extensive experience in diesel mechanics and maintenance across various diesel vehicles. 47 **Characteristics** * Disciplined and meticulous, with constant attention to all details. * Systematic and methodical, works under instructions and follows established procedures. **Salary:** R$ 3193,92 \+ COMMISSION (average of R$ 1\.500,00 to R$ 2\.000,00\) **Benefits:** Co-payment medical and dental assistance + Group life insurance + Transportation allowance + On-site meals + Basic food basket + Commission**Schedule:** Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 17:48 **Location: California**
