




Description: Bachelor's degree required in Information Technology, Computer Science, Systems Analysis, or strictly related IT fields. Proven deep knowledge and experience leading ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system projects. Mandatory experience in Tax-related projects involving system implementation and adaptation to new legislation. Professional background with hands-on technical experience (as Systems Analyst or Developer) prior to assuming management roles. Experience conducting vendor procurement processes (RFP cycle). Exceptional communication and coordination skills to interact with different teams and hierarchical levels. Specific experience with SAP projects, especially in FI/CO modules and/or migration to S/4HANA. Experience or knowledge in IT Governance (frameworks such as ITIL, COBIT). The mission will be to orchestrate and deliver a critical portfolio of projects, acting as the vital link between business area needs and technological execution. You will be a transformation agent, responsible for analyzing, specifying, managing vendors, and ensuring delivered solutions generate real value for Movida. Responsibilities: * Project Leadership: Manage the full lifecycle of strategic projects such as Tax Reform compliance, system replacement, and accounting process automation. * Analysis and Specification (Hands-on): Directly engage with users to gather requirements, perform functional analysis, and produce detailed technical specifications for internal teams and vendors. * Vendor Management: Lead the entire procurement cycle, including RFP (Request for Proposal) preparation, technical/commercial proposal evaluation, and coordination with the Procurement team. * Communication and Coordination: Serve as the primary communication point between business areas (Tax, Accounting), IT teams, and partners, ensuring alignment and synergy across all parties. * Portfolio Management: Monitor schedules, budgets, risks, and deliverables, reporting project status to company leadership. 2509140202531692229
