




Job Description: Currently enrolled in or having completed a bachelor's degree; Knowledge of operating systems; Additional courses in computer science and networking are desirable; Experience with installation and configuration of computer networks. * Provide technical support to users, ensuring prompt, efficient, and solution-oriented service. * Contact and coordinate with suppliers for equipment configuration, maintenance, and repairs (desktops, laptops, printers, projectors, etc.). * Monitor and evaluate network performance, identifying areas requiring adjustment and proposing improvements to the technological environment. * Develop and/or review hardware and software inventories, ensuring control and periodic updates. * Develop and review operational procedures aligned with the Group’s Integrated Management System. * Support the management team in implementing new IT procedures, processes, and policies. * Log, process, and track service requests and incidents, ensuring resolution within agreed timeframes and internal customer satisfaction. * Uphold the company’s image by maintaining strict confidentiality, ethics, and data privacy. 25121402022025733
