Description: * Bachelor's degree completed; * Experience in delivering technical architecture solutions, solution design, and implementation; * Experience in modernization projects and cloud migration journeys; * Experience working with at least one major cloud provider (OCI, Microsoft AZURE, GCP); * Knowledge in using cloud-based solutions under IaaS and PaaS models; * Experience in defining component architectures, modern front-end (SPA, micro front-end), integration and APIs, microservices, data, and system modernization; * Experience in performance and integration of companies acquired into the corporate group through M&A; * Experience in defining architectural archetypes, supporting documentation, and sharing knowledge with other team members and companies; * Experience in people management and technical development of teams; * Participate in the strategic planning of IT areas, aiming to implement this strategy through technologies suitable to the company's context; * Implement the development and maintenance of IT Architectures to meet the organization's business requirements, observing best practices, applying standards, and using architecture governance processes, while monitoring technological advances for market solutions; * Supervise the execution of IT Architecture projects, evaluating delivery within defined timelines, costs, and scope; * Define, communicate, and keep updated the IT Architecture models of the group, especially those of the holding company; * Provide internal Architecture consulting to business areas and IT departments of group companies, clarifying concepts and architectural directions; * Promote innovation in IT Architecture, guiding companies toward the future; * Participate in and be responsible for the definition and evolution of principles, policies, and IT Architecture standards; * Manage projects under your responsibility. 251025020220562055
