Development of communication skills and resilience **Company: Santos – Vila Encruzilhada** Position: Manager **Job Description:** Lead sales associates in daily store activities; Organize work teams; People management (administrative oversight and conflict resolution); Material management (inventory control and other responsibilities). **Expected Working Hours:** Commercial schedule – 6 days on / 1 day off – Sundays off. **Salary: R$2\.500,00 \+ bonus.
