Job Summary: A professional to monitor and interact with marketplace processes and policies, optimize conversions, increase sales, and enhance customer experience. Key Highlights: 1. Adaptability and continuous self-improvement. * Monitoring and interaction with required marketplace platform processes. * Monitoring and interaction with required marketplace policies, metrics, and analytics. * Desirable interaction with marketplace updates. * Interaction with advertisement creation, demonstrating proactivity and continuous self-improvement while maintaining our processes and standards. * Support for all routine tasks of Analysts, Coordination, and Supervision as requested. * Collection and monitoring of personal performance metrics, following our processes and standards. * Contribution through interaction toward conversion optimization, sales growth, and improvements in customer experience. * Strong logical reasoning, critical thinking, and problem identification capability. * Focus, teamwork availability, and adaptability. * Interpersonal relationship building skills. * Desired proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, including usage knowledge and understanding of configurations and fields to be completed. * Flexibility to rotate among marketplaces, individuals, and departments as needed, including a mindset of continuous self-improvement and learning through new experiences.
