CONTRACT MANAGER

Job Summary: Manage and supervise all phases of highway construction contracts, coordinate teams, and ensure compliance with regulations and deadlines. Key Highlights: 1. Management of highway construction contracts from planning to delivery. 2. Leadership of multidisciplinary teams in infrastructure projects. 3. Strategic negotiation and company representation in meetings. #### **Responsibilities** * Manage and supervise all phases of highway construction contracts, from the planning phase through to final delivery. * Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, including engineers, technicians, and labor, ensuring adherence to schedules and budgets. * Develop and monitor detailed physical\-financial schedules, identifying and mitigating potential risks. * Ensure compliance with technical specifications, regulatory standards, and contractual quality requirements. * Negotiate contract amendments, control measurements and payments, and manage relationships with suppliers and subcontractors. * Represent the company in meetings with clients, regulatory agencies, and stakeholders, reporting on progress and resolutions. * Implement and oversee occupational health and safety and environmental policies at construction sites. #### **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, with active registration at CREA. * Proven experience (minimum 8 years) managing infrastructure highway construction contracts. * In-depth knowledge of technical standards (DNIT, DER) and legislation applicable to highway construction projects. * Solid experience in preparing and monitoring budgets and schedules for large-scale projects. * Proficiency in project management software (MS Project, Primavera P6\) and office tools (Advanced Office Suite). * Demonstrated ability to negotiate and manage conflicts with clients, suppliers, and teams. * Postgraduate degree in Project Management or related fields is considered a plus. #### **Skills** * Contract Management * Civil Engineering * MS Project / Primavera P6 * Construction Budgeting * Construction Planning * DNIT/DER Standards * Team Management * Strategic Negotiation * Highway Legislation ### **Employment Type:** Legal Entity (PJ) ### **Benefits:** On-site Meals, Wellhub \- Formerly Gympass, Health Insurance, Dental Insurance, Life Insurance, Accommodation ### **Department:** CONSTRUCTION ADMINISTRATION
